Serenity Sea Glass Necklace

Expertly encased in sterling silver and suspended from an 18” sterling silver chain, this Serenity necklace features a genuine piece of sea glass.

This unique material comes from discarded bottles and jars that have been naturally tumbled by ocean waves and sand, giving it a frosted and matte appearance. To achieve a glossy finish reminiscent of the glass' wet state, I put the pieces through an additional tumble in my machine. Each piece of sea glass is found along the shorelines of the UK, making this necklace an unique piece.
